Introduced
to watercolor at an early age, Vikki Reed continued to
paint as a sideline throughout her education and business
career. In 1989 she left a management position to pursue
watercolor as her primary passion. A native of Arizona,
Vikki's love of the desert shines through her work. While
she paints a variety of subjects, she is especially drawn
to desert plants and landscape. "Arizona is a state of
spectacular beauty. I paint what is visually exciting
to me and hope to evoke similar emotion from the viewer".
Vikki's work is widely collected and she is the recipient
of numerous awards.
