Patricia Allebrand earned her Masters degree
in Sculpture from the University of California at Berkeley.
She is a sculptor. Currently, her sculptures are small
very small and wearable. Its called
jewelry. Jewelry is a sculpture that is more intimately
involved with the people that wear it she explains.
Working in her studio The Cave at least
several hours every day culminates in the ideas that
she turns into dramatic jewelry with her distinct style.
She
combs the Tucson Gem Show each February to find just
the right cabochon stones and crystal clusters to be
used in the finely crafted sterling silver jewelry.
Her
diverse background includes dance, choreography, teaching
art, and having her work shown in galleries, museums,
and selected art shows.
